mirrored observation window and television in a room with a coffee table

As a user experience research intern at AT&T, I helped develop and pilot a research protocol to interview children while they used a click-through prototype of a television application in the foundry lab.

I observed and collected data during interviews in which we assessed their responses to the application on multiple qualitative and quantitative measures. After the conclusion of the interviews, I helped summarize the results to make design recommendations to the design team.
