As a user experience research intern at AT&T, I worked on a research project to improve the in-store experience for customers with children and their children.
I created and distributed a survey to store managers about implementation and received a 22% response rate from 800 managers (more than twice expected return rate).
Together with my supervisor, I developed and conducted a user testing protocol and survey for parents and for children, recruited customers for in-store research, and summarized results for presentation to management who were evaluating the project.
